Our Culture of Caring
A nursing home's primary purpose is to provide care for people who may not require hospitalization but cannot be cared for at home. However, we're here to do more than just meet our residents’ physical needs—we're committed to making our nursing homes safer, more comfortable and more inviting places to live. We help our residents discover activities and interests they enjoy, meet wonderful new friends, and settle into a comfortable daily routine—in short, to feel at home with their new life.

Our approach to healthcare draws on our decades of experience—emphasizing teamwork and personal involvement to create a supportive, caring environment. Our team has many players, but they all share a common desire to provide quality healthcare in a pleasant environment—they care!

Our teams include a professional staff of therapists, pharmacists, registered dietitians, social services and activities coordinators, and registered and licensed practical nurses. They also include certified nursing assistants and nursing assistants trained to provide round-the-clock attention when needed. This team approach also applies to the people behind the scenes who take care of laundry, housekeeping and maintenance.

Whether our residents ever see our faces or not, all of us think of ourselves as caregivers, and we feel fortunate to work in a business that's all about making a difference in other people's lives.
