Golden Living salutes our 2009 AHCA/NCAL
National Quality Award recipients!
At Golden Living, we take great pride in our 60 LivingCenters who
were recipients of the 2009 AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award. In
both 2008 and 2009 our organization received more awards than any
other post-acute healthcare provider in the industry. The AHCA/NCAL
National Quality awards are one of the most prestigious awards in
the post-acute healthcare industry and are modeled after the
Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, which is the nation’s
highest Presidential honor for organizational innovation and
performance excellence.
The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award program is a rigorous,
three-stage program, where each award level requires facilities to
demonstrate increased thresholds of quality and performance by
delivering ever-improving value to residents and other customers.
