• Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

  The results are in! Thank you to all of our Families who responded to our Annual Satisfaction Survey in June-August. We received responses from 44% of our Families. We appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey and provide your feedback on how we are doing. Overall, we had very positive results, which we would like to share. For the question, "I would recommend this facility to others," we received an overall satisfaction score of 95%. For the question involving overall satisfaction with GLC-Country View, we received a 95%. Thank you for your support and confidence in our staff! We are so privileged to care for your loved ones.

  There were areas of opportunity identified as well on the survey. We appreciate your honest feedback. Please be assured that we will be working diligently on resolving your concerns. The areas we will be focusing on throughout the remainder of the year are laundry and personal belongings as well as our activity and dining programs. We appreciate your patience as we make changes to improve in these areas. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please feel free to share them with any of our staff.
