• 2011 Quality of Life/Consumer Satisfaction Survey

  The seventh annual round of Quality of Life/Consumer Satisfaction resident interviews will begin in October. For the second time, opinions from family representatives will be collected as well. Family surveys will be mailed October through early January 2012.

  The state has contracted with Vital Research, LLC to conduct both the resident survey and the family survey. Vital Research will be conducting face-to-face interviews with residents and mailing surveys to family members. Linden will be scheduling a date for Vital Research to come out and conduct the face-to-face interviews with the residents.

  The facility will provide communications once the date has been scheduled.

  Please take time to clean out your closets with the cold weather approaching. It's time to box up the summer clothes and pull out the winter clothes from storage.

• New Menus

  Please be on the lookout for a new and improved menu starting Sept. 25. Just a reminder that family and visitors are welcome to join their loved one for a meal. The cost is $3 for regular meals and $5 for holiday meals. Please purchase meal tickets from Bonnie in the Business Office.
