  National Volunteer Week is April 10–16. We will be having a special celebration for our volunteers on April 14, at 2:30 p.m., in honor of all the wonderful volunteers who share their time and talents with us all through the year. Because of them, we are able to do so much.

  April is National Occupational Therapy Month. Everyone stop an occupational therapist, and thank them for the very important work they do. Helping others learn to help themselves is priceless.

  National Nursing Home Week will be May 8–14. The 2011 theme is "Exceptional People, Exceptional Care."; We'll have a week-long celebration, with special activities and lots of community involvement.

  National Nurses Week is May 6-12. This is such an important week for us, as our nurses are truly the heart of our home.
