  Dale was born on Feb. 27, 1938. Growing up, he enjoyed making maps of different towns, cities and boroughs. He does not have any children but does have numerous nieces and nephews that he enjoys spending time with. Throughout his life, he has held many positions at various workplaces. Some of the most memorable places he has worked are the Chester Bakery, the Furnace Room at Sitkins Mill and tending bar at various locations. He also enjoyed volunteering at numerous fire companies such as Junction, City Hook & Ladder and Yeagertown. He has been a resident at William Penn for 11 years.

  Dale enjoys graphing numerous things and loves to watch old time movies. He also enjoys going out to eat and shopping adventures at Walmart.
