About Our LivingCenter
Welcome to Golden LivingCenter – Bella Vista. We are a skilled nursing facility located in Rapid City, SD, about five minutes from Regional Medical Clinic.
At Bella Vista, we understand the unique needs of those with Alzheimer’s disease, and we are dedicated to providing the most compassionate, quality care possible.
Residents of our Alzheimer's Care Units will experience a beautifully designed and secure area that helps manage the behaviors associated with dementia and maintain cognitive and physical functionality, so the individual can live with respect and dignity. Patients of our Advanced Alzheimer's Care Units will receive one-on-on sensory-driven care; if necessary, hospice services will be provided by a locally licensed agency.
Our interdisciplinary team of staff is able to provide a wide range of services, including wound care, stroke rehabilitation, and physical, speech and occupational therapy. We understand the importance of maintaining interests and hobbies, so we offer many activities such as spiritual services, musical performances and outings.
