About Our LivingCenter
At Golden LivingCenter – Dartmouth, we are proud to provide quality care in an environment that promotes individuality and freedom of choice. Our skilled nursing facility is located in Charlotte, N.C., less than one mile from Presbyterian Hospital and Carolinas Medical Center. In addition to providing long-term care, we also provide short-term rehabilitation for those recovering from an illness, injury or surgery. Our services include physical, speech and occupational therapy, diabetes care and wound care. Also, because we understand how important socialization is, we offer a wide range of activities and group outings.
We are proud to be 2009 recipients of the American Health Care Association (AHCA) / National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) Step I Quality Award. This award recognizes facilities that demonstrate a strong commitment to the principles of continuous improvement by delivering ever-improving value to residents and other customers, improving overall organizational effectiveness and capabilities, and serving as a champion for organizational and personal learning.
