About Our LivingCenter
Golden LivingCenter – Beaver Dam is proud to provide compassionate, individualized care to all of our patients and residents. Conveniently, we are located just minutes from Beaver Dam Community Hospital and Swan Park.
We offer a range of services, including long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, an Alzheimer’s care unit and wound care.
Also, because the need for recreation and socialization never goes away, we encourage our residents to participate in our array of onsite activities, such as spiritual services, bingo and social groups.
Residents of our Alzheimer's Care Units will experience a beautifully designed and secure area that helps manage the behaviors associated with dementia and maintain cognitive and physical functionality, so the individual can live with respect and dignity. Patients of our Advanced Alzheimer's Care Units will receive one-on-on sensory-driven care; if necessary, hospice services will be provided by a locally licensed agency.
