About Our LivingCenter

Welcome to Golden LivingCenter – Briarwood. Briarwood is a skilled nursing facility located in Tucker, Ga., less than three miles from Dekalb Medical Center. At Briarwood, we understand how important it is to return home as quickly and safely as possible after a surgery or hospital stay. For this reason, we offer short-term care in addition to our compassionate, quality long-term care. Our other services include physical, speech and occupational therapy and wound care. Residents and patients may also enjoy a variety of activities, including social clubs and group outings.

We are proud to be recipients of both the 2008 American Health Care Association (AHCA) / National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) Step I Quality Award, and 2009 AHCA/NCAL Step II Quality Award. These awards recognize facilities that demonstrate a strong commitment to the principles of continuous improvement by delivering ever-improving value to residents and other customers, improving overall organizational effectiveness and capabilities, and serving as a champion for organizational and personal learning.
