About Our LivingCenter

At Golden LivingCenter – Carthage, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care in a clean, comfortable setting. Our skilled nursing facility is located in Carthage, Miss., less than half a mile from Leake Memorial Hospital and about a mile from McMillian Park. In addition to providing quality long-term care, we also provide short-term care for those who are recuperating after an illness, injury or surgery. Our other services include physical, speech and occupational therapy and wound care. Patients and residents may participate in a variety of recreational and social activities, such as spiritual services and social groups.

We are proud to be 2009 recipients of the American Health Care Association (AHCA) / National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) Step I Quality Award. This award recognizes facilities that demonstrate a strong commitment to the principles of continuous improvement by delivering ever-improving value to residents and other customers, improving overall organizational effectiveness and capabilities, and serving as a champion for organizational and personal learning.
