At Golden LivingCenter – Clark, we take pride in the compassionate, individualized care that we provide our patients and residents. Our skilled nursing facility is located in Clark, S.D., directly across the street from Clark Golf Club and with access to Prairie Lakes Health Care Center. We provide both long- and short-term care, and the services we offer include wound care, stroke rehabilitation, and physical, speech and occupational therapy. Because we understand that maintaining hobbies and interests helps keep life enjoyable, we offer a variety of onsite recreational and social activities.

We are proud to be 2009 recipients of the American Health Care Association (AHCA) / National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) Step I Quality Award. This award recognizes facilities that demonstrate a strong commitment to the principles of continuous improvement by delivering ever-improving value to residents and other customers, improving overall organizational effectiveness and capabilities, and serving as a champion for organizational and personal learning.
