About Our LivingCenter

Golden LivingCenter – Fredonia is located in Fredonia, Kansas. The staff at our skilled nursing facility is proud to offer individualized healthcare that meets the unique needs of our residents. Fredonia is conveniently located less than one minute from Fredonia Regional Hospital. Our LivingCenter provides care for those with short-term needs, such as recovery from a joint-replacement surgery, as well as for those with more long-term needs. Family members are welcome to join their loved one for a wholesome, delicious meal in our dining room, and we also offer a variety of activities and spiritual services for our residents.

We are proud to be 2009 recipients of the American Health Care Association (AHCA) / National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) Step I Quality Award. This award recognizes facilities that demonstrate a strong commitment to the principles of continuous improvement by delivering ever-improving value to residents and other customers, improving overall organizational effectiveness and capabilities, and serving as a champion for organizational and personal learning.
