About Our LivingCenter

Welcome to Golden LivingCenter – Hy-Lond, where we take pride in the care that our staff provides. Our LivingCenter is located in Fresno, Calif., less than five miles from St. Agnes Medical Center. Whether your loved one needs short-term rehabilitation after a joint replacement surgery or requires long-term care, we’re here to meet our residents’ individual needs. Our residents are encouraged to enjoy our peaceful outdoor courtyard and fountain, plus the full range of activities we provide, including outings to community events and restaurants.

We are proud to be a 2008 recipient of the American Health Care Association (AHCA) / National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) Step I Quality Award. This award recognizes facilities that demonstrate a strong commitment to principles of continuous improvement by delivering ever-improving value to residents and other customers, improving overall organizational effectiveness and capabilities, and serving as a champion for organizational and personal learning.
