About Our LivingCenter

Golden LivingCenter – Lincoln Hills Healthcare is an skilled nursing facility located in Tell City, Indiana. We are conveniently located about five minutes from Perry County Memorial Hospital and the Tell City Historical Society Museum. We understand that everyone’s healthcare needs are unique. That’s why we offer short-stay care for those who are recovering from an illness or surgery, as well as long-term care. Our patients and residents are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities, including spiritual services, music and social groups.
