About Our LivingCenter
Golden LivingCenter – London House Sonoma is a skilled nursing facility located in Sonoma, California. We understand that everyone’s healthcare needs vary, and that’s why we provide around-the-clock care for short-term rehabilitation as well as residents who need care such as stroke rehabilitation or wound care. Sonoma is located less than a mile from Sonoma State Historic Park, and our residents are welcome to enjoy the outdoors in our garden and barbeque area. We also offer many different activities, such as spiritual services, bingo and karaoke.
