About Our LivingCenter
Welcome to Golden LivingCenter – Redfield. Our skilled nursing facility is located in rural Redfield, SD, just minutes from Community Memorial Hospital and Fishers Grove State Park.
At Redfield, we offer short-term care for those who are recovering from an illness or injury and want to return home as quickly as possible. We also offer long-term nursing care and a variety of services, including a secure Advanced Alzheimer’s Care Unit and physical, speech and occupational therapy.
Residents of our Alzheimer's Care Units will experience a beautifully designed and secure area that helps manage the behaviors associated with dementia and maintain cognitive and physical functionality, so the individual can live with respect and dignity. Patients of our Advanced Alzheimer's Care Units will receive one-on-on sensory-driven care; if necessary, hospice services will be provided by a locally licensed agency.
Our patients and residents are encouraged to enjoy a variety of onsite activities, including spiritual services and bingo.
