About Our LivingCenter

Golden LivingCenter – Sanger is a skilled nursing facility located in Sanger, Calif. We are dedicated to providing quality care in an environment that maximizes independence and freedom of choice. Because we understand how important it is to return home quickly after an illness or surgery, we offer short-term rehabilitation services to help make this possible. We also offer long-term care, and our services include wound care, IV therapy, and physical, speech and occupational therapy. Staying active is always important, so we offer a variety of recreational activities to fit your loved one’s interests. At Sanger, patients and residents are encouraged to participate in spiritual services, bingo and other activities.

We are proud to be 2009 recipients of the American Health Care Association (AHCA) / National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) Step II Quality Award. This award recognizes facilities that demonstrate a strong commitment to the principles of continuous improvement by delivering ever-improving value to residents and other customers, improving overall organizational effectiveness and capabilities, and serving as a champion for organizational and personal learning.
