About Our LivingCenter

Golden LivingCenter – Sargent is a skilled nursing facility located in Sargent, Neb. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, supportive care in an environment that maximizes individuality. At Sargent, we understand that our patients value their independence and want to return home as quickly as possible after illness or surgery. It is for this reason that we offer short-term rehabilitation services in addition to long-term care. We also offer a variety of other services, including IV therapy and stroke rehabilitation. Because keeping active is so important, our patients and residents may enjoy many different recreational and social activities that fit their interests.

We are proud to be 2009 recipients of the American Health Care Association (AHCA) / National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) Step I Quality Award. This award recognizes facilities that demonstrate a strong commitment to the principles of continuous improvement by delivering ever-improving value to residents and other customers, improving overall organizational effectiveness and capabilities, and serving as a champion for organizational and personal learning.
