About Our LivingCenter
Golden LivingCenter – Twin Rivers is a skilled nursing facility located in Anoka, Minn. We are dedicated to providing compassionate care in a clean, comfortable environment. If your loved one needs help getting back on his or her feet after an illness or surgery, Twin Rivers offers short-term care to get your loved one back home as soon as possible. In addition, we offer health care services such as IV therapy, stroke rehabilitation, and physical, speech and occupational therapy. We understand that nurturing lifelong hobbies and interests never stops being important, so we offer a variety of activities and group outings to fit your loved one’s interests.
