Anthony M. has been employed by Golden Living and its predecessors for 19 years. He has been an Executive Director for seven of those years, a Senior Executive Director for five, and a Director of Operations for two. He has been Executive Director of his current facility since 2005, where he monitors and directs the care and services of his LivingCenter’s residents and clients.

Anthony considers quality, consistency and integrity as the key elements to providing excellent service to his residents and patients, and he makes it a personal goal to keep his co-workers proud of where they work. Being an Executive Director also lets him interact with people from various backgrounds, towns and walks of life, which he feels brings unique perspective and flavor to the job.

“In my opinion the best thing about being a healthcare administrator is having the ability to make a difference in your small community of residents, families and coworkers for the better,” says Anthony. “The aspects of my job that I enjoy most include working and interacting with residents, families and co-workers in a loving and nurturing atmosphere, and seeing smiles on the faces of our residents and families when we help them feel at home in our facility.”
