Brickyard Healthcare- Willow Springs Care Center is combining clinical excellence and peaceful surroundings as a way to enhance the health and wellness of every person who passes through our doors. With inpatient and outpatient services, our Care Center provides convenient access to skilled nursing and recovery care for those who are recovering from a variety of post-acute and post-surgical conditions, including orthopedic, respiratory, cardiac and other complex, short-term rehabilitation needs.

Our Care Center is strategically located on the north side of Indianapolis, surrounded by many hospital systems, in order to meet the community’s post-acute care needs. In our facility, we have meticulously organized areas of care, allowing us to be able to provide services more effectively for a variety of patients.

We are proud to be a 2018 recipient of the American Health Care Association (AHCA) / National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) Bronze Quality Award.
